Who publishes this

Sdelio is an independent research operation covering international real-estate markets. It publishes a screen over public data and sells scoped research briefs. It does not sell property, take commission on a transaction, or accept payment from anyone whose asset appears on this site.

The related agency

The same founder operates a Russian-language property agency at sdelio.ru. The two are run as separate contours: this site carries no agency listings, no agency clients, and no agency data, and nothing published here is evidence about that business or vice versa. It is stated here rather than left to be discovered, because a reader assessing independence is entitled to know about it.

How independence is arranged

Compensation never moves a published value. There is no paid placement, no sponsored market, and no ranking that money can enter — there is no ranking at all, which removes the question. Where a developer or issuer pays for work, that work cannot change any score, status, or ordering on this site, because none exists to change.

What it deliberately does not do

No valuations. No personal recommendations. No brokerage, introductions, or arranging. No view on any listed security. No composite country score. The methodology explains why each of those is excluded architecturally rather than by policy.
