Capital Review

One large decision, prepared properly

Русская версия

For families, family offices and private funds deciding what to do with a large amount of capital or a large property. The work is done by the founder, Alexander Krasikov, with AI tooling under his control. Every figure carries its source and date, and the answer can be GO, NO-GO or WAIT — each is a finished result.

Capital Review

From USD 15,000 / RUB 1.5m; typically USD 25,000–50,000 / RUB 2–4m.

One large decision — selling or buying a large asset, placing proceeds, restructuring a holding — taken apart and put back together in five to ten working days.

  • A map of the capital and the obligations it has to meet: payouts, reserves, taxes, liquidity dates.
  • Two or three routes compared on the same date, currency and horizon, with the assumptions and sources beside every number.
  • Stress cases that show where each route breaks, not only where it wins.
  • A written memorandum ending in GO, NO-GO or WAIT, and what would change the answer.

Capital Desk

USD 10,000–40,000 / RUB 0.8–3.5m a month.

A standing desk for a family or family office that takes several such decisions a year and wants them prepared the same way each time.

  • Market and liquidity monitoring against the family's own mandate and limits.
  • Preparation of each decision to the Capital Review standard.
  • Control of execution after a decision: what was agreed, what happened, what changed.

Project mandate

A fixed fee plus a success fee of 0.5–1.5%.

Responsibility for one outcome on the client's side — a sale, a purchase, a lease or a restructuring — from the decision to the signed documents.

  • Analysis and counterparty checks on the client's side only.
  • Negotiation preparation and control of the timetable.
  • Documents and closing through the client's lawyers and licensed partners.
  • Any fee from a counterparty is disclosed to the client in writing before the deal, and only after anti-money-laundering checks.

How it starts

With a confidential conversation, not a checkout. Describe the decision in a few lines — no documents and no names at this stage. The reply says whether the work fits, what it would cover and what it would cost. Work begins only after a signed engagement letter; there is no online payment on this site.

What this is not

Not investment advice and not a RICS valuation. Nothing on this page or in the work is a personal recommendation to buy or sell a security, a valuation under any valuation standard, or tax or legal advice.

  • Recommendations on specific securities go only through a licensed investment adviser.
  • A formal valuation, where one is needed, is commissioned from a licensed valuer.
  • Clients are never named, and no identifiable figures from their work are published.
  • No online payment and no checkout: every engagement starts with a signed engagement letter.

The terms and the about page explain how independence is arranged, including the separate Russian-language agency run by the same founder.
